1. General provisions.

• Organizer of the Draw: Internet Tourism LLP.
• Registration period for the Draw: From April 8 to June 30, 2026 inclusive.
• Date of the Draw: July 1, 2026.
• Participants: New clients - legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who purchase a flight, rail ticket, or hotel accommodation on the platform for the first time fbt.kz during the period from April 8 to June 30, 2026.

2. Participation terms for the "Spring Business Trip" campaign.

• Draw terms: During the Draw registration period, new clients who for the first time purchase a flight, rail ticket, or hotel accommodation through the platform fbt.kz receive the right to participate in a draw for one ticket to the Enrique Iglesias concert to be held on September 5, 2026.
• Participation procedure:

• Step 1: Registration in the system: the participant must be registered on the platform fbt.kz . If the participant has not registered previously, they must complete the account creation process.
• Step 2: Signing the agreement: the participant must conclude an agreement (offer, hard copy, or through electronic document management).
• Step 3: The participant purchases a flight, rail ticket, or hotel accommodation on the platform fbt.kz during the Draw registration period from April 8 to June 30, 2026.

3. Prize fund and participation procedure in the "Spring Business Trip" Draw.

• Participant qualification: Each participant who fulfills all registration conditions for the Draw (section 2) automatically becomes a Draw Participant.
• Draw prize: The winning company will receive a ticket to the Enrique Iglesias concert.
• Additional bonuses: During the draw registration period, the participant receives priority support from the Organizer's personal manager.

4. Procedure and timing of the Draw.

• Date of the draw: July 1, 2026.
• Location: during an online meeting held by the Organizer using Microsoft Teams.
• Winner selection procedure:

• A list is formed of all participants who purchased at least one flight, rail ticket, or hotel accommodation on the platform fbt.kz during the period from 08.04.2026 to 30.06.2026.
• The winner is determined randomly using the independent random number generation service https://randomus.ru/.
• One winner is selected.

• Winner notification: The Organizer contacts the Winner within 3 (three) business days after the Draw using the contact details specified in the agreement or offer.

5. Special terms.

• The Draw prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other Organizer services.
• The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules and publish additional information about the Draw.
• If, during the prize validity period, the Winner terminates the agreement with the Organizer, the Prize becomes void.
• The Draw is valid only for new clients.
• A purchased flight, rail ticket, or hotel accommodation on the platform fbt.kz that is subsequently refunded does not grant the right to participate in the draw.
