From Kazakhstan, Centrum Air flies to Tashkent from Astana, Almaty, Aktobe and Kostanay, and from Aktau to Nukus. From Tashkent the airline serves more than 50 destinations, such as Istanbul, Dubai and Bangkok. The schedule changes by season, and current flights show up in the Freedom Travel search.

Cabin baggage is one piece up to 8 kg and no larger than 55×35×25 cm, and you may also take a handbag or laptop bag up to 30×40×10 cm. From 26 October 2026, Base fares include no cabin bag, only one personal item up to 3 kg and 30×40×20 cm. Optimal and Comfort include 23 or 32 kg of checked baggage, depending on the fare and route, and the sum of a bag's three dimensions may not exceed 158 cm.

Online check-in on the Centrum Air website opens 24 hours before departure, but it only works for flights from Tashkent. For flights from Almaty, Astana and other Kazakh cities, passengers check in at the airport counter. The airline does not publish counter opening and closing times on its website, so it is worth arriving at the airport early.

It depends on the fare. Base tickets cannot be changed or refunded. Optimal and Comfort tickets can be changed or refunded before departure for an extra fee. If you miss the flight, the fare is not refunded, although some fares allow rebooking with a penalty. Changes and refunds are handled where the ticket was bought. It depends on the flight length. There is no meal service on flights under 2 hours, a light snack is offered on flights of 2 to 4 hours, and a standard hot meal with drinks is served on flights over 4 hours. The flight from Almaty to Tashkent takes less than 2 hours. According to the airline, all meals on board are halal, and special meals can be ordered at least 24 hours before departure.

Yes, but only on some flights. Business Class has 18 seats that recline into fully flat beds. Passengers get two 32 kg bags and cabin baggage up to 10 kg, a separate check-in counter and priority boarding. Everyone else flies in Economy on the Base, Optimal or Comfort fare.
