From Kazakhstan, Flydubai flies nonstop to Dubai from Almaty and Astana, and flights from Shymkent are scheduled to resume on 26 December 2026. From Dubai the airline serves more than 125 destinations, such as Malé, Tbilisi and Baku. The schedule changes by season, and current flights show up in the Freedom Travel search.

Economy passengers may carry one cabin bag up to 7 kg and 55×38×20 cm, and Business Class passengers two bags of 7 kg each. Checked baggage depends on the fare: Lite has none, Value includes 20 kg, Flex 30 kg and Business 40 kg. The allowance can be split into up to three bags, and one bag may not weigh more than 32 kg. Value and Flex allowances may vary by route.

Online check-in on the Flydubai website and app opens 48 hours and closes 75 minutes before departure. In the app you can save your boarding pass to your mobile wallet. Airport check-in desks open 3 hours and close 60 minutes before departure, and boarding gates close 25 minutes before departure.

It depends on the fare. Lite tickets cannot be changed or cancelled, and only applicable taxes are refunded as a Flydubai voucher. Value tickets can be changed or cancelled for a fee up to 24 hours before departure. On Flex and Business, changes are free and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. For tickets bought on Freedom Travel, use the Refund or exchange section of the website.

Yes, a meal with hot and cold drinks is included in every Economy fare, including Lite, and in Business Class. Special meals, such as child, vegetarian, diabetic or gluten-free, can be chosen at booking, in Manage booking or via the contact centre at least 24 hours before departure. Alcohol is served in Business Class and can be bought in Economy on selected routes.

Most Flydubai flights at Dubai International (DXB) use Terminal 2. However, flights to Almaty and Astana, as well as to Malé, Tashkent and Bishkek, operate from Terminal 3. Shymkent is not on the Terminal 3 list. The list of Terminal 3 destinations is published on the Flydubai website, so check it before you travel.
