FlyOne Armenia is an Armenian low-cost airline in the FLYONE group, which also includes the Moldovan carrier FLYONE. It was founded in 2021 and is based at Zvartnots Airport in Yerevan (EVN). The fleet consists of Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, and the network covers more than 25 destinations in Russia, Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. As of October 2026, its only route from Kazakhstan is Almaty – Yerevan, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Baggage allowance

    Every fare includes a small cabin bag of 40×30×20 cm. From STANDARD up, a large cabin bag of up to 10 kg and 115 cm (50×40×25) is added. LOYAL includes a checked bag of up to 25 kg, and ADVANTAGE lists bags of up to 25 and 30 kg. Exact allowances are in the fare rules.

  • Flight check-in

    Free online check-in for FlyOne Armenia flights opens 7 days and closes 4 hours before departure. Airport check-in desks open 3 hours and close 60 minutes before departure, and airport check-in is charged unless you hold a LOYAL or ADVANTAGE fare.

  • Changes and refunds

    LIGHT and STANDARD fares allow no changes to the date, time or route, and the fare is non-refundable. With LOYAL and ADVANTAGE you can change the date and time before departure and get a refund minus a fee, paying any fare difference. The route cannot be changed on any fare.

  • Meals on board

    Meals are not included in the fares. On flights from Yerevan you can pre-order a hot meal set no later than 3 hours before departure, choosing a Traditional, Mediterranean or Classic menu. Every flight has an onboard menu with tea, coffee, snacks and drinks.

  • Fare families

    FlyOne Armenia sells tickets in four fare families: LIGHT, STANDARD, LOYAL and ADVANTAGE. They differ in cabin and checked baggage, seat selection, airport check-in and change rules. Seat selection is included in LOYAL and ADVANTAGE.

  • Mobile app

    The FLYONE app is available on the App Store and Google Play. It lets you buy tickets, check in online, add services and change a booking, follow your flight status, save passenger details in a profile and see past trips.

  • From Kazakhstan, FlyOne Armenia flies Almaty – Yerevan: as of October 2026, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. From Yerevan the airline also serves Moscow, Sochi, Tbilisi and Paris. The schedule changes by season, and current flights show up in the Freedom Travel search.

  • Enter the cities, the date and the number of passengers in the search form, pick a FlyOne Armenia flight among the results and pay online. The ticket arrives at the email address you give at checkout.

  • A small cabin bag of 40×30×20 cm is included in every fare, LIGHT among them. A large cabin bag of up to 10 kg and 115 cm comes with STANDARD, LOYAL and ADVANTAGE. LOYAL includes a checked bag of up to 25 kg, ADVANTAGE lists two bags of up to 25 and 30 kg, and on other fares checked baggage is paid separately. Infants under 2 travel with 10 kg of baggage and a folding stroller free of charge.

  • Online check-in on the FLYONE website or app is free on every fare: it opens 7 days and closes 4 hours before departure. Checking in earlier, up to 30 days ahead, costs extra, but it is included in LOYAL and ADVANTAGE. Without online check-in you pay a fee at the airport unless you hold a LOYAL or ADVANTAGE fare. You can show the boarding pass on your phone, though some airports require a printed one.

  • It depends on the fare. LIGHT and STANDARD tickets are non-refundable, and their date, time and route cannot be changed. With LOYAL and ADVANTAGE you can change the date and time before departure by paying the fare difference, and get a refund minus a fee. If you do not show up for the flight, the money is not returned. For tickets bought on Freedom Travel, use the Refund or exchange section of the website.

  • Meals are not included in the fares. For flights from Yerevan you can pre-order a hot meal set when booking or in Manage booking, no later than 3 hours before departure. There are three menus to choose from: Traditional, Mediterranean and Classic, each with a hot dish, a salad and a dessert. On board there is a menu with tea, coffee, snacks, and alcoholic and soft drinks.

  • No, they are two separate airlines of the FLYONE group that share a website and an app. FlyOne Armenia is based in Yerevan and flies under the code 3F, while the Moldovan FLYONE is based in Chisinau and uses the code 5F. Almaty – Yerevan flights are operated by FlyOne Armenia (3F). Cabin baggage and check-in rules differ between the group's airlines, so check the conditions for 3F flights.

  • The airline's website lists no office in Kazakhstan. The call centre in Armenia answers on +374 12 400 003, and the same number appears on the Zvartnots Airport website. Written requests go through the feedback form in the Contact us section of the FLYONE website. Contacts of the group's offices are listed on its representative offices page.
