Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish airline founded in 1990 that has operated as a low-cost carrier since 2005. Its main hub is Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).   • Bundles and baggage

    LIGHT includes only an under-seat bag up to 3 kg (40×30×15 cm). SAVER adds a cabin bag up to 8 kg (55×40×23 cm) and 20 kg of checked baggage on international flights, SAVER PLUS adds seat selection and a sandwich, and COMFORT FLEX adds flexible changes and refunds.

  • Flight check-in

    Online check-in opens 7 days before departure. From Almaty and Shymkent it is available until 90 minutes before the flight, from Aktau until 60 minutes, and there is no online check-in in Astana. Desks for international flights close 60 minutes before departure.

  • Changes and refunds

    With COMFORT FLEX a ticket can be changed or cancelled without a fee up to 2 hours before departure, paying only the fare difference. With LIGHT, SAVER and SAVER PLUS, changes and cancellations cost a fee, and the service fee is not refunded.

  • Meals on board

    Meals on Pegasus are paid: food and drinks are bought on board at Pegasus Cafe by cash or card. You can pre-order meals no later than 24 hours before departure. The SAVER PLUS and COMFORT FLEX bundles include a sandwich.

  • BolBol programme

    BolBol is Pegasus's free loyalty programme. BolPoints are earned on purchases made on the airline's website and app and can be spent on future tickets. Tickets bought through online travel agencies do not earn points.

  • Mobile app

    The Pegasus app for iOS, Android and Huawei lets you buy tickets, check in, get a boarding pass and add baggage, a seat or a meal in My Flights. The app also sends notifications about boarding gates and delays.

  • From Kazakhstan, Pegasus flies to Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen Airport) from Almaty, Astana and Shymkent, as well as from other Kazakh cities. Seasonal flights also run from Almaty and Shymkent to Antalya. The schedule changes by season, and current flights show up in the Freedom Travel search.

  • Enter the cities, the date and the number of passengers in the search form, pick a Pegasus Airlines flight among the results and pay online. The ticket arrives at the email address you give at checkout.

  • It depends on the bundle. With LIGHT on international flights you can take only an under-seat bag up to 3 kg and 40×30×15 cm.   • For Kazakhstan, Pegasus lists the number of its sales agency: +7 727 346 68 52. The airline's 24-hour call centre in Turkey works in Turkish and English, and you can also ask questions in the Pegasus Assistant chat or through the form on the airline's website.
