From Kazakhstan, S7 Airlines flies nonstop to Novosibirsk from Almaty, Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Karaganda. From Novosibirsk, S7 flies across Russia and abroad, including to Istanbul and Tashkent. The schedule changes by season, and current flights show up in the Freedom Travel search.

S7 cabin baggage is one piece up to 55×40×23 cm: up to 10 kg in economy and up to 15 kg in business, where it can be split into two pieces. You can also take a personal item such as a backpack, briefcase or bag up to 5 kg. Economy Basic includes no checked bag, while Economy Standard includes one bag up to 23 kg. Online check-in on the S7 website and mobile app opens 30 hours before departure. For international flights you can request automatic check-in at least 30 hours before departure, and the boarding pass arrives as a link by email. It is free for business class passengers and S7 Priority members with Classic Expert status or higher. If you travel with a pet, the boarding pass is issued only at the airport desk.

It depends on the flight. Hot meals are served on the flagship Moscow–Novosibirsk and Moscow–Irkutsk flights. On flights over 3 hours from Moscow, Novosibirsk and Irkutsk, snacks and drinks are sold on board and paid with a Russian bank card. Special meals, such as vegetarian, healthy or gluten-free, must be ordered in advance.

S7 Airlines joined oneworld in 2010. Since 19 April 2022 its membership in the alliance has been suspended until further notice. The airline's own S7 Priority loyalty programme still works: miles are earned on flights and partner purchases and spent on tickets and extra services.
