Southern Sky (Yuzhnoe Nebo) is a regional airline from Kazakhstan based in Shymkent. It was set up in 2014 and has been wholly owned by SCAT since April 2026. Its scheduled flights are operated with An-24 aircraft on subsidised routes in the east of the country: Semey–Urzhar and Ust-Kamenogorsk–Zaisan. The airline also flies cargo charters within Kazakhstan. It has no international flights.
